Once mock-ups are approved, we will create your webstore and send you a URL link that is unique to your group.

Your webstore will be open until a given deadline date. After it closes, no future orders can take place.

Product is then ordered from our vendors to fulfill each order.

Once all product has arrived, it is off to screen printing and/or embroidery for embellishment which can take up to two weeks.

After that, we sort all of the product and begin to complete each order.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped out. Emails will be generated to each customer with tracking numbers.
